Dynamite Rose - On Tap Only
Description
This house rose is a blend of red grapes that were pressed off early at harvest and is typically blended after fermentation. Right now, it is primarily the Syrah grape. However, the blend changes often depending on the adventurous spirit of our winemaker. The Dynamite Rose is off-dry and expresses notes of strawberry, raspberry, & vanilla with a crisp finish. It is available on tap only and is served in our tasting room by the glass, in a carafe, or to-go.
