Dolcetto is the name of the grape used to make this wine and it means "little sweet one" in Italian. Although this wine is completely dry it boasts a fruit forward characteristic that is a very desirable for its style. We aged the Dolcetto in French Oak giving this wine a soft pallet with a smooth finish. It pairs very well with red sauce based Italian dishes or the perfect stand alone as a glass.
